Shipping and Delivery Policy

When the Customer is wishing to place the Order on our platform. Such orders shall be
placed for delivery through our authorized delivery or a logistical partner providing services
in your city, state. All orders placed shall additionally include delivery charges based on the
location to which the delivery shall be undertaken. Delivery charges shall be charged unless
and until the Company expressly waives off at its discretion.

Shipping Timelines:

1. For orders placed for delivery in Chennai, the Company will ensure that the order is
shipped within 2 working days from the time order has been placed on the platform.
2. For orders placed for delivery in other districts of Tamil Nadu, the Company will
ensure that the order is shipped within 3 – 5 working days from the time order has
been placed on the platform.
3. For orders placed for delivery anywhere across India, the Company will ensure that
the order is shipped within 5 – 7 working days from the time order has been placed on
the platform.

You will be notified of the delivery details and you shall be able to trace the package delivery
either on our platform upon signing in or on the logistical partner’s platform for which you
shall be provided with a reference or tracking details from the Company.

Shipping Timelines for delivery from Vendors (Sellers other than Krismart)

  • Since we have products listed by our vendors, we allow the vendors to decide on
    the lead time they require. This time is indicated alongside each product and
    reflects in the checkout page. Typically, the lead time is 2-6 days.
  • The logistics partner gets a notification once the vendor has your product ready
    for dispatch. They will then pick it up from the vendor and deliver it to you
    between 8am to 9pm on all days Monday to Saturday.

If you find that the packaging of the product is tampered or damaged at the time of delivery,
please refuse to accept delivery of the product and contact us immediately at
customercare@krismart.co.in, mentioning your order reference number. We shall ensure a
replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest.

In case your shipment is delayed:

  • In case there is a delay, please send us an email on
    customercare@krismart.co.in with your order number.
  • In any unforeseen scenario that your shipment has been misplaced or lost
    enroute, we can either resend the order to you (if the same products are still in
    stock), or issue a credit note to you, or reimburse the amount completely to you.

If you return an order delivered to you, order shipping charges will not be refunded.

Services on hold due to lockdown
